Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced or julienned
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Maple Dijon Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Mix green cabbage, red cabbage, apple, cranberries, pecans, and green onions in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over the slaw and toss to coat evenly.
