Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 large apple, thinly sliced or julienned
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Maple Dijon Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix green cabbage, red cabbage, apple, cranberries, pecans, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over the slaw and toss to coat evenly.
- Chill 20–30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
