Ingredients

  • Mini slider rolls – 12
  • Sliced roasted turkey – 2 cups
  • Cranberry sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Prepared stuffing – 2 cups
  • Sweet potatoes, sliced into rounds – 2 large
  • Goat cheese – 1/2 cup
  • Pecans, chopped – 1/4 cup
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Puff pastry sheets – 1 pack
  • Brie cheese – 8 oz
  • Spinach artichoke dip – 1 1/2 cups
  • Mini phyllo shells – 12


Instructions

  1. Prepare mini turkey sliders by layering sliced turkey and cranberry sauce inside slider rolls; warm if desired.
  2. Form stuffing into small balls or press into mini muffin tins and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until crisp.
  3. Roast sweet potato rounds at 400°F (205°C) for 20 minutes, then top with goat cheese, pecans, and honey.
  4. Cut puff pastry into squares, add a small piece of brie and a spoon of cranberry sauce, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes.
  5. Spoon spinach artichoke dip into mini phyllo shells and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
  6. Arrange all prepared finger foods on a platter and serve warm.
