Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with sweet chili sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), lime juice, and soy sauce to create a simple dressing.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread the dressing evenly over each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
- Add the sweet chili chicken on top of the vegetables.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
