Description

Crispy, buttery garlic bread bowls filled with saucy spaghetti for a fun, comforting twist on classic pasta night—perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 small round bread loaves (sourdough or Italian rolls)
  • 4 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off each bread loaf and hollow out the centers to create bowls.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush the inside and edges of each bread bowl generously.
  4. Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly crisp.
  5. In a pot, heat marinara sauce and toss with cooked spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fill each toasted bread bowl with spaghetti mixture.
  7. Top each with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake again for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Toast bowls longer if you want a crunchier texture.
  • Add cooked ground beef or Italian sausage to the sauce for a heartier version.
  • Use garlic knots instead of bowls for mini versions.
