Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or olive oil (for base)
- 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
- 4 oz prosciutto slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- Fresh arugula (optional, for topping)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
- Transfer dough to parchment paper.
- Brush lightly with olive oil or spread a thin layer of pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove pizza from oven and tear burrata into pieces over the hot pizza.
- Top with prosciutto slices.
- Drizzle with honey and season with black pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Add fresh arugula if desired, slice, and serve immediately.
