Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or olive oil (for base)
  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
  • 4 oz prosciutto slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 tbsp honey
  • Fresh arugula (optional, for topping)
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
  3. Transfer dough to parchment paper.
  4. Brush lightly with olive oil or spread a thin layer of pizza sauce.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove pizza from oven and tear burrata into pieces over the hot pizza.
  8. Top with prosciutto slices.
  9. Drizzle with honey and season with black pepper and red pepper flakes.
  10. Add fresh arugula if desired, slice, and serve immediately.
