Peanut Butter Cup Dump Cake is an easy layered dessert made by combining chocolate cake mix, peanut butter cups, and creamy ingredients, then baking until rich and gooey.
Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups chopped peanut butter cups
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread chopped peanut butter cups evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate cake mix evenly over the peanut butter cups.
- Drizzle melted butter and milk evenly over the cake mix.
- Dollop peanut butter over the top and swirl gently.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until center is set but still gooey.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not stir layers before baking.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days.
