- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 cup salted peanuts, divided

- Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; mix until well blended.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spread half of the filling over the chilled crust. Sprinkle with half of the salted peanuts and drizzle with some caramel sauce.
- Add the remaining filling on top and smooth the surface. Garnish with the remaining peanuts and more caramel drizzle.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use chopped honey-roasted peanuts.
- You can substitute the graham cracker crust with a pretzel crust for a saltier twist.
