Ingredients

  • 12 slices of salami (large, thinly sliced)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 6 mini dill pickles, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay out the salami slices on a flat surface or cutting board.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice of salami.
  4. Place a pickle half at one end of each slice, then roll up tightly.
  5. Secure each roll-up with a toothpick, if desired, to hold them in place.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped chives for garnish (optional).
