Ingredients
- 12 slices of salami (large, thinly sliced)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 6 mini dill pickles, halved lengthwise
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Lay out the salami slices on a flat surface or cutting board.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice of salami.
- Place a pickle half at one end of each slice, then roll up tightly.
- Secure each roll-up with a toothpick, if desired, to hold them in place.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives for garnish (optional).
- Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for the best texture.
