Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cornbread mix, eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Stir in whole corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and seasonings.
  4. Fold in shredded cheese and green onions.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
