Description

Grilled Shrimp with Mango Lime is a bright and tropical dish featuring juicy grilled shrimp topped with a fresh mango lime salsa for a sweet, tangy, and savory flavor combination.


Ingredients

  • 500 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely minced (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. In another bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, and jalapeño.
  5. Arrange grilled shrimp on a serving plate.
  6. Spoon mango lime salsa over the shrimp.
  7. Serve immediately with rice, salad, or tortillas.

Notes

  • Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
  • Pineapple can substitute for mango.
