Ingredients
- 500 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1 small jalapeño, finely minced (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- In another bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, and jalapeño.
- Arrange grilled shrimp on a serving plate.
- Spoon mango lime salsa over the shrimp.
- Serve immediately with rice, salad, or tortillas.
Notes
- Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
- Pineapple can substitute for mango.
- Skewer shrimp for easier grilling.
