Ingredients
- 3 cups kettle-cooked potato chips
- 2 cups pretzels
- 2 cups cheese crackers
- 1 cup toasted nuts (peanuts, cashews, or almonds)
- 1 cup popcorn (butter or white cheddar)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine chips, pretzels, cheese crackers, nuts, and popcorn.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and cayenne.
- Drizzle the seasoned butter over the snack mix and toss gently to avoid crushing.
- Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while warm.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
