Description
Dubai Chocolate Brownies are ultra-rich, fudgy brownies infused with premium chocolate and topped with a silky chocolate ganache and a touch of gold-inspired garnish for a luxurious finish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 150 g dark chocolate (for ganache)
- Edible gold flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together until smooth; let cool slightly.
- Whisk in sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until center is set but fudgy.
- Heat heavy cream until warm and pour over chopped chocolate for ganache; stir until smooth.
- Spread ganache over cooled brownies.
- Garnish with edible gold flakes if desired.
- Chill slightly before slicing.
