Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 6 oz smoked salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
- Lemon zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Lay cucumber slices on a serving platter and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon a small dollop of the cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Top each with a piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with capers, dill, or lemon zest if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours.
