Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Add the cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
