Description
Irresistibly creamy and crispy chicken tenders coated in ranch seasoning, cheese, and bacon flavor—these Crack Chicken Tenders are addictively delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine crushed crackers, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, melted butter, and black pepper.
- Coat each chicken tender in the ranch mayonnaise mixture.
- Roll coated chicken in the cracker-cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- Use an air fryer at 375°F for 15 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Serve with ranch or honey mustard dipping sauce.
