Description

Irresistibly creamy and crispy chicken tenders coated in ranch seasoning, cheese, and bacon flavor—these Crack Chicken Tenders are addictively delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine crushed crackers, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, melted butter, and black pepper.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the ranch mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Roll coated chicken in the cracker-cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use an air fryer at 375°F for 15 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Serve with ranch or honey mustard dipping sauce.
