Description

A decadent no-bake cookie lasagna layered with crushed cookies, creamy filling, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping that becomes the centerpiece of any holiday dessert table.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Chocolate chips or chocolate shavings, for topping
  • Optional: holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press half of the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the cookie crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  7. Spread pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  9. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs, chocolate chips, or festive toppings on top.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
