Description
A decadent no-bake cookie lasagna layered with crushed cookies, creamy filling, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping that becomes the centerpiece of any holiday dessert table.
Ingredients
- 1 package (14 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- Chocolate chips or chocolate shavings, for topping
- Optional: holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined.
- Press half of the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the cookie crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Spread pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping.
- Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs, chocolate chips, or festive toppings on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
