Description
Soft, fluffy garlic rolls stuffed and topped with melted cheese, brushed with buttery garlic goodness for an irresistible side dish or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 12 dinner rolls or pizza dough balls
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- If using dough balls, flatten slightly and place cheese in the center, then seal.
- Arrange rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and parsley or Italian seasoning.
- Brush garlic butter generously over the rolls.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Use pizza dough for extra cheesy stuffed centers.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
