Description

Soft, fluffy garlic rolls stuffed and topped with melted cheese, brushed with buttery garlic goodness for an irresistible side dish or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 dinner rolls or pizza dough balls
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. If using dough balls, flatten slightly and place cheese in the center, then seal.
  3. Arrange rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and parsley or Italian seasoning.
  5. Brush garlic butter generously over the rolls.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use pizza dough for extra cheesy stuffed centers.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
  • Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
