Description
A fun and shareable Bundt pan nachos recipe with layered tortilla chips, melted cheese, and classic toppings baked into a stunning pull-apart centerpiece.
Ingredients
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing pan)
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a Bundt pan generously with olive oil.
- Layer tortilla chips evenly in the pan.
- Sprinkle a mix of cheeses, black beans, corn, olives, tomatoes, and jalapeños over the chips.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Carefully invert onto a serving plate.
- Top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, or cilantro as desired.
Notes
- Use sturdy tortilla chips to prevent breaking.
- Add cooked seasoned beef or chicken for a non-vegetarian version.
