Ingredients
- 4–5 ripe Roma tomatoes, diced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Toasted baguette slices or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Add diced tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and basil to a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Optional: Stir in Parmesan cheese for extra richness.
