Description

Golden, baked cheeseburger bombs inspired by the classic Big Mac, stuffed with seasoned beef and melty cheese, then brushed with butter and served with signature sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • Optional: chopped pickles or lettuce for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of beef and a mix of cheeses in the center of each dough round.
  5. Wrap dough around filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  9. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish to make the sauce.
  10. Serve bombs warm with sauce on the side.
