Description
Golden, baked cheeseburger bombs inspired by the classic Big Mac, stuffed with seasoned beef and melty cheese, then brushed with butter and served with signature sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- Optional: chopped pickles or lettuce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until browned; drain excess fat.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of beef and a mix of cheeses in the center of each dough round.
- Wrap dough around filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish to make the sauce.
- Serve bombs warm with sauce on the side.

- Ensure dough is fully sealed to prevent leaking.
