Description

Warm baked Brie topped with tart cranberries and sweet honey, creating a festive and crowd-pleasing appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the Brie wheel in a small oven-safe baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cranberries, honey, brown sugar, orange zest, and cinnamon.
  4. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the top of the Brie.
  5. Sprinkle nuts on top if using.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the Brie is soft and slightly melted.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

  • Do not overbake or the cheese may fully collapse.
  • Dried cranberries can be soaked in warm water for 5 minutes to soften.
