Description
Warm baked Brie topped with tart cranberries and sweet honey, creating a festive and crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the Brie wheel in a small oven-safe baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix cranberries, honey, brown sugar, orange zest, and cinnamon.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle nuts on top if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the Brie is soft and slightly melted.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
- Do not overbake or the cheese may fully collapse.
- Dried cranberries can be soaked in warm water for 5 minutes to soften.
